Grand Chelem Racing ("the Game") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game and how it is used.

Accounts and Login

The Game does not allow users to create accounts and does not provide its own login system. Users cannot sign in with accounts created outside the Game.

Information Processed

The Game saves career progress, gameplay progress, and settings locally on your device. This local progress is not sent to developer-controlled servers.

The Game uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, purchase validation, entitlements, and unlocks. RevenueCat may process purchase history, customer identifiers or app user IDs, store transaction information, device or app technical information, and other data needed to validate purchases and provide purchased features.

How Information Is Used

Purchase-related data is used to provide app functionality, validate purchases, restore purchases, unlock premium content or features, prevent fraud, and analyze purchase performance.

Purchase-related data is not used for advertising or tracking. The Game does not sell personal data.

In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the applicable platform provider. The developer does not receive or store your full payment card information.

RevenueCat helps the Game confirm whether a purchase is valid and whether premium content or features should be available.

Third-Party Services

The Game may rely on services provided by RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store, or other platform providers for purchase processing, entitlement management, distribution, licensing, analytics related to purchases, and app functionality. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

Purchase-related data processed by third-party services is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported by those services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Deletion

Because the Game does not have accounts, local progress can be removed from your device by uninstalling the Game or by deleting the Game's data from your device settings.

You can request deletion of purchase-related data associated with RevenueCat by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or management of purchases through Google Play or the App Store.

Children's Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through purchase-related services, please contact us.
