These Terms of Service apply to your use of Grand Chelem Racing ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Game

You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform where you downloaded the Game.

Accounts

The Game does not allow users to create accounts and does not provide its own login system. Your progress is stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases and Premium Features

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, unlocks, or premium features. Purchases are managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or the applicable platform provider, and RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and manage entitlements.

Access to purchased unlocks or premium features may depend on store availability, successful purchase validation, platform rules, device compatibility, and continued operation of the relevant store or service.

Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and payment disputes are generally handled by the platform where the purchase was made, such as Google Play or the App Store, according to that platform's policies.

Local Progress

Career progress, gameplay progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear app data, change devices, or reset your device, local progress may be lost.

Data and Privacy

The Game may process purchase-related data through RevenueCat and platform providers as described in the Privacy Policy. The Game does not claim that no data is collected when in-app purchases and purchase validation are active.

You may request deletion of eligible purchase-related data by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or management of purchases through Google Play or the App Store.

Availability and Changes

The Game, its features, and its content may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
